At TradeFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and hardware purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TradeFit account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
